NR5103EV2 admin password needed – Label damaged (SN: S240Z09000734)

Hi everyone,

I need some help with my Zyxel NR5103EV2.

The label on the device is badly damaged (scraped and the QR codes are partially destroyed), so I can no longer read the default admin password or WiFi details.

Here is the device information I still have:

•  Model: NR5103EV2

•  Serial Number: S240Z09000734

•  MAC Address: 78C57D386B7C

•  IMEI: 351909770851209

Username is admin, but the password is missing.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me recover the original default admin password (and WiFi Name / WiFi Key if possible).
