Generic firmware request for NR5307 (bought second-hand, SIM not working)

Hello Zyxel Community and Support Team,I recently purchased a second-hand Zyxel NR5307 5G router. Unfortunately, it seems to have a branded/operator firmware installed, and because of this, it is not reading or connecting to my local Italian SIM card.I cannot use the "Online Upgrade" feature through the web interface because it gives me an error. I would like to request the official global/generic firmware (the V1.00(ACJT...) series or the latest available generic version) so that I can manually flash it via the Web UI, remove the operator restrictions, and use the device freely with my Italian provider.Could a moderator or support agent please assist me and share the correct .bin firmware file via private message?Thank you very much for your time and help!
