Generic firmware request for NR5307 (bought second-hand, SIM not working)

Hello Zyxel Community and Support Team,

I recently purchased a second-hand Zyxel NR5307 5G router. Unfortunately, it seems to have a branded/operator firmware installed, and because of this, it is not reading or connecting to my local Italian SIM card.

I cannot use the "Online Upgrade" feature through the web interface because it gives me an error. I would like to request the official global/generic firmware (the V1.00(ACJT...) series or the latest available generic version) so that I can manually flash it via the Web UI, remove the operator restrictions, and use the device freely with my Italian provider.

Could a moderator or support agent please assist me and share the correct .bin firmware file via private message?
