Cannot turn off Smart steering after turning it on

Hi everyone,

I have 3 access points that I manage using the base version of Nebula.

Now that I've enabled Smart Steering in the Radio Settings, I can't disable it anymore. The Save button appears, but nothing happens when I click it.

What could be causing this? Is this a bug?

Could you please clarify what you mean by “the Save button appears, but nothing happens when I click it”? For example, does the page remain unchanged after clicking Save, or does the setting return to the enabled state after the page is refreshed?

To help us better understand the scenario, could you please use Jam to record a short screen video showing the steps you take when attempting to disable Smart Steering, as well as the behavior you observe when clicking Save? This will help us investigate the issue further.

In the meantime, please try accessing the Nebula in an Incognito/Private browsing window, or use a different web browser (for example, switch from Chrome to Firefox or Edge). This can help determine whether the issue is caused or affected by browser-side caching.
