Unable to locate the admin password – TIM-branded Zyxel NR7303-EU

Hello Zyxel Support,
I have a TIM-branded Zyxel NR7303-EU outdoor receiver, but I cannot find the sticker with the administrator password on the device, PoE adapter or packaging.
Model: NR7303-EU
Serial number: S260Y10086268
The login page is accessible, but I cannot sign in. Could you please help me recover the default administrator password via private message? I can provide photos of the device labels and proof of ownership if required.
Our internet connection has become extremely slow, and I need access to check the cellular signal values. I have not factory-reset the outdoor receiver because I want to preserve the TIM configuration.
