NR5103E stuck on V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 — Need firmware update for non-Three SIM

Hi Zyxel Support team,I have a Zyxel NR5103E router that is currently stuck on the legacy Three UK firmware version: V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12.Because I am using this device on an entirely different carrier network, the router is completely cut off from receiving over-the-air updates from Three. The "Check for Updates" button also returns a false message stating that no newer firmware exists due to the known dashboard GUI quirk.I urgently need the latest working firmware branch to restore normal 5G network performance and unlock essential features like SIP ALG / cell band locking.Could a support moderator please remotely push the latest stable firmware directly to my router over the air, or send me the .bin firmware file via direct message so I can upload it manually?
