Requesting firmware upgrade for NR5103E V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 (Stuck on 4G in Malaysia)

I am currently using a Zyxel NR5103E router with the firmware version V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 (Three UK variant).

I am currently located in Malaysia and trying to use a local 5G SIM card (U Mobile). However, the router is strictly stuck on 4G/LTE connectivity and refuses to connect to the local 5G network, even when I manually set the network mode to 5G Only.

I understand that this is a known carrier policy issue on the older b12 firmware. Could you please help me push the latest firmware update (such as b14 or b15) to my device. So that I can access the 5G network here?
