[NEBULA] Site-to-Site VPN not working

4 days ago i noticed that one of our ATP500 to NSG100 VPN's stopped working. The connection is active, but we cannot access devices from both ends.

I tried changing to several different subnets on the NSG100 end, but nothing works. I tried deleting the VPN on both ends and creating them again....

We have 11 other VPN's running from the ATP500 to USG20-VPN, USG40, NSG50 and NSG100 with no problems.

Just 1 NSG100 is giving me a headache!

    Hi @DanniKool,

    Regarding on our conversation the VPN connection was already fixed and stable since November 29. I would like to update that we already traced out the root cause which is related to NSG firewall rule settings. The percentage of encountering this event is very low, and we already included it to the next patch enhancement for VPN stability.
