[NEBULA] Nebula NSG 100 RA VPN

Hi all,

We are trying to set up RA VPN (L2TP over IPSec) authenticating with our Microsoft AD. I followed this manual https://kb.zyxel.com/KB/searchArticle!gwsViewDetail.action?articleOid=016004&lang=EN

However, it is not working. We are probably missing something. Is there anything else to be done apart from what the manual says?
