Thanks for your sharing. Summarize the steps here.
AP traffic logs is used to send the logs in an SSID on which NAT is enabled. So here is the step to collect the logs to the syslog server.
1. Access point > Configure > Authentication > NAT mode. Enable the NAT mode.

2. Site-wide > Configure > General settings > AP traffic log. Enable AP traffic log.

3. Site-wide > Configure > General settings > Reporting. Add on syslog server, and select the Types as "AP traffic log".
