[NEBULA] Zyxel appearing offline on NCC

I cannot connect my zyxcel to my NCC. It appears as offline, even though it shows up when searching for wifi, and I have already tried reseting it. Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

    Hi @Rita,

    Do you mean that the AP can get configuration, like SSID, from NCC but not able to online NCC?

    May I know what's the model name of your AP?

    Please check if protocol / ports are not blocked by firewall.

    If you are sure the ports are not blocked and the AP still can't online, please let me know and I'll PM you for detail information.

    It used to work then just went offline
