You may configure the fixed IP to a client through DHCP setting as steps below:
1) Go to GATEWAY -> Configure -> Interface addressing, choose which LAN interface example as below is LAN2, and then click "Edit"
2) In the DHCP setting, click "Add new" under "Static DHCP Table".
3) You may now assign an IP to the specific client by inputting the MAC-address as figure below, and then click "OK".
4) Remember to click the "Save" button after the settings.
