[NEBULA] NWA1123-AC HD crash

After updating my NWA1123-AC HD access point to the latest firmware, it no longer updates the Nebula settings. I reset the device and it works a little with the factory settings after which it locks exactly when the nebula data download starts. Yes. It remains blocked with the green light and the yellow flashing.

Please help me in this problem in the most popular language because I am a beginner.

Do you mean now AP is always offline on the Nebula Control Center?

If so, perhaps we also need to access AP by remote access.

Please help to enable Zyxel support in Help> Support request for us?

Please share me the Org and site name for checking the relevant configuration and logs.
