[NEBULA] Switch offline on Nebula

Hi All

I have a switch showing as offline on Nebula but I can get it up via the web page on the ip address it has been assigned. Is here a default username and password for logging into them via the local IP?

We have a GS1920-24HP.

Welcome to Zyxel community!

If your GS1920-24HPv2 never gets online on NCC before, the default username and password is admin/1234. It will be replaced by the site-wide setting on NCC after it gets online.
