[NEBULA] Add NAP353 to list of Wireless Health APs

The NAP353 is not a supported device for Nebula Wireless Health. WHY??

    Hello @DavidG,

    The Wireless Health feature is only supported for 11ac wave 2 and beyond series AP on Nebula Control Center. The NAP353 is not a 11ac wave 2 AP, so it's not supported wireless health.
