[NEBULA] Much more accurate email alerts

So after a long time I was taking a look to my filtered mail folders, and just realized that I have way less access points email alerts than last year, yet I didn't apply any setting change, only filtered the mails. Did NCC just change something?

Hi @Iwannaquitthegym, welcome back to the forum!

NCC implemented Smart alerts on last October release! With this, NCC will determine if the service down of a device is due to an expected function applied on other device, so will you not receive AP offline alerts when the AP is connected to a switch port that has PoE schedule :).

We will keep adding more of these smart alerts though time ?
