IPSec/IKEv2 keeps dropping connection

Hello,

I am currently facing the issue that the IPSec tunnel randomly keeps dropping without any particular reason. From the logs I don't see anything suspicious. In contrast no issue with L2TP tunnel.

Any known issues?

Model: Zyxel 20w-VPN

Firmware: V4.35(ABAR.2) (tried with V4.35(ABAR.2)ITS-WK08-r92067 without any success)

These symptom we’ve never heard before.

When the tunnel drops, the log will show up on Monitor > LOG > View Log,

Can you have a screenshot of the page when the tunnel goes down?

Can you private message your configuration to us ?
