[NEBULA] GS1920-48HPv2 Voice Vlan on latest firmware

We have been setting up the GS1920-48HPv2 switches with Voice VLANs since the release of the product. Since the last firmware upgrade, we are unable to get the Voice VLAN to work on our NEC phones. We have verified the settings against up and working switches with no success.

Switch Configuration:

Voice VLAN - ON

Voice VLAN ID - 7

Priority - 1

OUI Address - 6C:E4:DA:00:00:00

OUI mask: FF:FF:FF:00:00:00

Description - NEC DT930


Switch Port is set to Access Port

    Hi @MartyWalter ,

    Did you remember to configure VLAN type to Voice VLAN after you configure port to Access Port?

    If you already configure it but still have problem, please enable Zyxel Support(Help>Support request) and provide your Organization/Site/Switch name, so we may help to check your configuration.

    We were using the old version of NCC which does not have the VLAN type field. 

    After switching to the new version of NCC we were able to select the VLAN type. 

    This should be addressed.
