[NEBULA] NAP102 AP couldn't change SSID from Nebula Cloud Configure

I have tried many times to change my SSID from your Nebula cloud platform. I have been getting the same error message. Please see the attached screenshot.

    It seems there might be something wrong in the configuration. Could you provide your org/site name for us? Please also help to enable the ZYXEL support privilege. We will check the configuration and find out the root cause.
