Guys,

Because of security, I cannot accept the default port 514 on my Syslog Server.

However, in Nebula, I do not see HOW to change the destination PORT of the Syslog ?

Entering an IP:port is not accepted in Nebula...?

Please help as it would be idiotic this port cannot be changed in Nebula ?

Hello, i am trying to let 5 APs on Nebula write log on a syslog server (a Synology NAS), i cannot use the default 514 port so i found this post… since i tried to enter the IP in the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:517 but Nebula still doesn't accept it.

Is there any way to get through it or is it still an idea?

    Hi @QuiteSmart,

Nebula does not support changing the syslog port currently. Could you share why you cannot use the 514 port on the Synology NAS? Doesn't it use the 514 port as default to collect the logs?
