Can i add that if you have installed the Zyxel IPSec SecuExtender windows client and then want to use windows built-in VPN client again for other connections you will need to uninstall SecuExtender first, as the 2 cannot work together.

Have you check "IKE and AuthIP..." entry status in service?

It's works for me and because IPsec VPN client will deactivate this service so once L2TP not work then I will check this and activate it.
