[NEBULA] how do i disable two factor authentication?

Hi,

I've enabled 2fa on NCC.  At the time I don't recall setting anything up on my mobile, if I did it's now lost the settings so I can't get a code.  I've managed to get into NCC by telling it I've forgotten my password but once in there I can't disable 2fa without having the 2fa code... a deadly embrace.

Seems i have two issues, the initial setting didn't seem to have persisted properly - I'm wondering if it was ever set-up correctly... but now I'm locked out how do I remove 2fa?
