[NEBULA] CPU on 98% NSG-100 when downloading from Epic Games

So, I have a NSG-100, GS1900-10HP and NAP303 for my home network, when I try to download games with Epic Games Launcher, stays in 45mbps and the NSG-100 CPU goes 98%, and everything else stuck
This with security services enable, disabling security services the download goes up to 500mbps (the limit on my computer wifi), and the CPU of the NSG-100 stays in 90%... is normal this high CPU usage? What could be the cause?

It's looks like the throughput has reach to device limitation.

I have the question about when you enable the NSS service (45Mbps) is there other host also download/upload at same time?
