[NEBULA] CPU on 98% NSG-100 when downloading from Epic Games

So, I have a NSG-100, GS1900-10HP and NAP303 for my home network, when I try to download games with Epic Games Launcher, stays in 45mbps and the NSG-100 CPU goes 98%, and everything else stuck
This with security services enable, disabling security services the download goes up to 500mbps (the limit on my computer wifi), and the CPU of the NSG-100 stays in 90%... is normal this high CPU usage? What could be the cause?

It's looks like the throughput has reach to device limitation.I have the question about when you enable the NSS service (45Mbps) is there other host also download/upload at same time?0
