I cannot reach the web config page locally,  NCC shows offline.   How can you reset these switches to factory default to allow NCC to program again.

For show offline on NCC, please download the troubleshooting guide on this link and follow the steps.
If the switch still needs to be reset, you may use our ZON utility to reset NSW100.
