Hi @Pook ,
The symptom you describe seems the Switch is stuck at booting stage.
May you able to connect a console cable and share the screenshot of the output when the Switch boots up?

Thanks, I don't have a cable but it is worth investing in one. Can you link me to what I need?

Hi @Pook ,
NSW100-10P is using RS232 as console port, so you may need to buy a RS232-to-USB cable.
After connecting the console cable between your PC and the Switch, run the terminal software like Tera Term or Putty and boot up the Switch.
Please note the baudrate(speed) should be configured as 115200 in the terminal software.
