NAT Loopback with a dynamic WAN IP

I found that NAT loopback is turned on automatically when in the virtual server settings you type in the static IP of the WAN instead of "any". Most of my sites don't have static WANs & use DDNS. How can I use NAT loopback these networks?

Unfortunately, we do not support this feature in current stage.
