Firmware status = Dedicated

Hi,

we have a switch, previously used by support to take some logs, which is flagged with the Dedicated Firmware status.

I cannot upgrade it from NCC anymore.
How can I bring back to switch to normal mode to follow upgrades ?

Dedicated means we had locked your site to upload a datecode firmware to fix the current issue that time. Please help to provide your organization/site name, so we could unlock it.
