How to force or assign a client to connect to a specific AP?

Beyond assigning a unique SSID to each AP is there a way to force / assign a specific client to a specific AP?

Hi @AnthonyZyzelUser ,
Currently, there's no other way except using the tagging SSID. May I know what's the application that needs to only provide the client to connect to a specific AP?
