Help reviewing NCC log?

Hi,

I recently got a new NWA1123-ACv2 and tried setting it up via Nebula cloud control - however, that didn't happen.

Can anyone help me go over the NCC logs to see if anyone messed with the AP while it was in its default (unprotected) state? Thanks!

    Are you asking why the AP is always offline or cannot get the correct configuration from NCC? 
    From the logs, the AP rebooted for three times, but I am not sure it was rebooted manually or by itself. However, the AP should connect to NCC successfully because it sent the logs back. If you still have the question, can you connect the AP back the environment and ensure it can access the internet? Also, please provide the org/site name and enable ZYXEL support for me(HELP > Support request). I will help to check the AP.

    You may use the "support request" function on Nebula Control Center to directly contact with Zyxel. They may check your settings and solve your problem.

    BTW, just saw the log time is at 12/17, so when you contact with Zyxel, you'd better tell them how's the AP's status after that time, so they can quickly understand your condition.

    has this been resolved? I am seeing my APs which has this message "zon ZDP: initial port 1 control block" having problem. not broadcasting wifi signal.
