Zyxel P-2612HNU-F3 can't booting

Hi guys,

I got one router for repair and I have problem with booting. 

When I connect it to serial port, I see only these few lines in output of Tera Term



What I should to do? Can someone help me?

It seems your booting image was broken.
Try to contact local support for repairing.
