Users, site to site, l2tp

Hi, our company has a NSG100 at our main office with 40-60 clients connected to the network, 4-10 users connected trough VPN to reach our server.

VPN can sometimes be very slow.

In the near future we want to create a site to site vpn with two other locations (These are small sites with 4-8 clients) . Should we upgrade to a NSG200 at our main office and use NSG100 in the other locations?

Is there a number (throughput/speed) you can provide when it's slow?

And you can refer to our datasheet for NSG VPN throughput, please note that it is UDP throughput and NSG100 is around 60Mbps(TCP) and NSG200 is around 200Mbps.
