5-in-1 Security Pack License

Hi, 
I purchased the 5-in-1 Security Pack to renew my license and updated the portal. However, when I log in to the unit itself, it still shows that my license has expired. What other steps are needed?

Could you provide the device serial number, device mac address, and 5-in-1 Security pack license key to me via private message? We can help to check what may go wrong further.
