I have two question as follows : 
1. In the facebook login, could we insert the background's image? 
2. When an user have been facebook login and then reconnect again to wifi, they directly login. Could be created after reconnect wifi must facebook login again?

Q: In the facebook login, could we insert the background's image? 
A: As of current, you can customize the background image by creating a theme and editing the HTML or CSS code in captive portal page. 


Q: When an user have been facebook login and then reconnect again to wifi, they directly login. Could be created after reconnect wifi must facebook login again?
A:  Our design currently, whenever an user press the login button and login, there is a limited time before the user gets logged out and disconnected, meaning users will not have internet after expired. The users will have to click login button again in the redirected portal to have internet.

You can control the time here in general settings > cloud-authentication and choose the reauthentication time.

You can configure the channels in Radio settings page, scroll to the bottom and click edit on the desired AP. On the channel tab you will be able select the channel , by default it is set as DCS(dynamic channel selection). You will also be able to switch to 5G configurations as the orange box indicates.

Hi @Tjang

1. Facebook user emails are included in the summary report, when you email summary report , the report from the email will enlist the logged in users.
For phone number we don't record it. But maybe it is possible if you create your own login APP from Facebook developers site and have some scripts or settings on there. 

2. Yes it's possible to set a promotion URL to redirect to facebook, if you set the URL as facebook.com it should take the user to facebook page, and it's facebook's behavior to recognize login cookies and redirect to the users own pages.  However, there is a bug at the moment that the promotion URL don't redirect after login, this is already going to be fixed upon the next release.

1. We've tried to get an email summary report but there are some facebook login do not record their email and status is blank or N/A (see as attached pics). Please advise

You can get your summary report here


It should enlist the clients that has authenticated and logged, note that it does not record the clients that connected to the SSID but not logged in. 
You should get the list in the email like this




The screenshot you are showing is the client page, for those showing empty fields, they should be clients that connected but didn't finish the login process. The AP knows whos connected but if they didn't go throught the login process, AP will not have the some of the clients attributes,  same goes with authentication type N/A as it is a default value and probably didn't receive more data from the AP.

I think it is fair to say you might see alot of them as open SSIDs get connected alot but whether the client loggin depends on them. This way you can know as well how often people logged in compared to those who didn't.
