Does Multy X support Amazon Alexa VUI? I want control my Multy using voice commands.

You can control your Multy X network with your voice.

The skill does not work for months. Alexa either says "I'm afraid I don't know," or she breaks off with a sound. Will it ever be fixed?

Does the Alexa deivce always has the problem?
You can try to said : "ask my multy ....." to test if it works.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, it always has the problem. The latest Echo Dot 4 has the same problem. It always says "I'm afraid I don't know" or "This is not yet supported" or she breaks off with a sound. Until several months ago it still worked.

I have disabled and enabled the skill several times, but it doesn't help. I have noticed that after activating the skill I am not asked to link my account again. It is automatically linked. Could it be related to this?
