Why can't I register my E-mail address as the user account on the APP?

Normally the registration would not block user to use any E-mail address as the user account, but if the customer meets the problem such as there is the message “Email has been taken” pop out, please kindly follow the below items:

1. Please check if the E-mail has been register to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/
2. If the E-mail already register to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/, but forget the password, please go to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/users/password/new and resend the verification mail to reset the password.

3. If the E-mail address never be register to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/, please kindly contact your local support to require the assistance.
