How I can do NAT to my security camera

My router is Zyxel VMG1312-B10D
Can You help me:
My camera is ok LAN but WAN works not.
My NAT:
1. Active X
2. Service name: Camera
3. WAN interface: ADSL
4. WAN ip:
5. Start port: 2000
6. End port: 2000
7. Translation start port: 80
8. Translation end port: 80
9. Server ip address: 192.168.1.10 it works in LAN
10. Protocol: TCP
My Camera answers by WWW browser in LAN OK
I try by my phones www browser "my router address"/2000 is it ok 84.249.86.131/2000
AND MY FIREWALL IS DISABLE NOW

Many thanks for you choosing Zyxel product. Since VMG1312-B10D is SP model, so it shall has customize configuration file, so we might suggest you contact your ISP or local support to resolve your problem. Sorry for if cause you inconvenient.0 -

I would also recommend you double check that the camera(s) has default gateway set properly. This caused me some headache once when performing NAT/Port forwarding.
