I added a 3rd Multy unit to my home tonight.  The new unit when installed indicated it was in a perfect location.  However, after install I ran the speed test, I ran into two problems.

A) The name/location for the new unit does not display.  However the name for the original 2 units displays just fine.
B) Both speed tests on the new unit shows 0Mbps up/down and mark it suitable for SD streaming, despite being in a perfect location (Signal strength was just a bit to the too close side)

@pancho35m - This is Multy X.  We will be selling singles for expansion. It works in a star topology, not true mesh.

I have 3 Multy X units.  The first unit (Bedroom) is connected to a cable modem which provided 100Mbps downstream.  I then have the other 2 units connected wirelessly to the main basestation/router.
    2nd unit is Living room.
    3rd unit is Study.
13 devices currently connected, but none are active.
    App version 1.1.8.170927
    FW B6

Test I conducted last week that shows the speed test failure between both Internet and Bedroom (router).

Test ran just now, showing only a failure on the link between the router and extender.  Internet test was successful this time.

What does mean: 13 devices currently connected, but none are active?
Is it able to access Internet?

About the problem of Diagnose between 1st node and 3rd node.
Please uninstall and reinstall the APP on mobile device and recommend reset and re-setup your Multy X. Please share the distance between 3 units.

Currently, the latest firmware is V1.00(ABKJ.1)B9 and the lastest app is V1.3.0.171003.
    For iOS: V1.3.0.171003
    For Android: V1.3.0.171003

I really don't want to have to factory reset all my units.  I have retested with the B9 firmware and see the same issue.

The 13 devices are connected, but are not in active use.  (No one is using them, little or no traffic is seen on the Multy X app status page)

Currently, Multy X is supported 3 units.

We saw this issue and R&D is trying to fix it.
