How to Reset Username & Password on Router?

Hi, a long time ago for some forgotten reason I changed the username and password on my AMG1302-T10B router.

Now, I want to set up a home network and have no idea what the username and password are.

Is there any way it can be reset or overridden? Thankyou

Most router will change to the default username and password with a hard powered on reset via the reset button.  Now do you remember what the defaults are?  For most it is admin and 1234.
