Hi everyone. I can't seem to find a discussion relating to my issue. I am trying to connect my devices to the wireless extender PLA4231. I seem to be able to get the extenders to communicate but on my device it asks me for a security key which never seems to be correct. I have tried restarting the extenders to their factory settings but still no joy. If anyone can clear this up for me i would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Robbie

Hi,
What is the firmware version you used?
Do you mean you can see the SSID, but never get success to connect the SSID with right password, even use default config and password?
Have you tried use WPS button? Or go to web page and check the password information?0 -
I have moved house and after many years can’t remember the password how do I find the password . Manual says it’s printed on the PLA 3231

Hello @Gibbo65
Welcome to the forum.
I think that you will need to do a factory reset.
https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/zyxel-pla4231-powerline-wifi-password-problems.2750256/ says how to do so.
Kind regards,
Tony
