1552 ports disabled unable to access webconfig - need advice

Hey guys I brought this switch in Aug and it's been in the box since. I've turned it on to configure the switch and noticed that all of the ports light up orange when I try and connect my network cable.
I've reset the switch and that hasn't fixed the issue as now I'm lost if I can't access the Web GUI due to the ports being disabled how can I even get this fixed.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum but I'm kinda lost with this.
