Hi, 

In the Multy App I've seen remote access. What does it mean exactly?

    Hi Dardan,
    Remote assistance feature is used for debugging from Multy X LAN side.
    If there has the problem and need to ZYXEL support. We may need user to enable it and prepare remote session.
