my PLA is 1800Mbps see the transfer rate in 800Mbps to 400Mbps sometime will drop to 100Mbps in ZYXEL PLA configure software

The transfer rate high or low is based on power line's quality, since power line has include many different electric noise, so if you use many electric product at the same moment, that the transfer rate will become low.
