2.4G Wi-Fi was not available

The 2.4G WLAN was not available this morning. The 5G WLAN works without problem. The node was from the LED in working mode, no further message received. After about 1 hour was the 2.4G WLAN without any action on my part again available. I'm going to switch to bridge mode tonight because I have problems with port forwarding.

Do you use single SSID with Multy X?
Maybe you can run the speed test in APP for checking your internet when issue appear.
And could you share your port forwarding topology and how do you configure in APP?
I think more information can help Zyxel support to understand your problem.0
