ZyXEL NAS326 login page doesn't appear

When I enter the IP address of my NAS in the internet browser, the blue background from the NAS326 appears but the window to fill in your credentials doesn't. I already rebooted my NAS several times without success. Any help will be much appreciated!

    Try clean your browser history.
    And check the NAS has received the correct IP address, then you can use "ping" command as below:

    Is there any difference if You try a different browser? Firefox, Chrome, I.E.,...

    Ping is working.
    I cleared my browser history, but it gave the same result.
    Safari and chrome also doesn't work.
