Disk Group 1 is degraded

I have a NAS326 with two hard drives and the first one has 'degraded'. What do I need to do? Don't really want to get this wrong!

You can refer the article from knowlage base for degraded and repair:

But you should scan the HDD to check if there is any error or bad sector before your do repair.
