Zyxel NSA320 Can't access since update to 4.70 v3

I have updated the firmware on my NSA to the latest update and now I cannot access the GUI.  The network pings it, but won't access it through windows or browser.  Any ideas?

Try reset its IP and user information, press reset button till 1 beep and release.
If the problem is still the same, then might only can reset it to default.
