Zyxel keenetic Lite password!

Hello!
I'm using your company's router(zyxel keenetic lite) and I forgot my password, but I can not reset the router configuration, I changed the password and I forgot it. there is a router configuration, enter the login and password there, but do not change the configuration settings ( please) or better without a login and password
