Why can't the ZAC (ZyXEL AP Configurator) work in Windows 10?

The SNMP configuration under Windows 10 Home Edition is not installed by default.
You need to install the SNMP protocol under Windows 10 Programs > Turn Windows features on or off > Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and it needs to be fully configured at services.msc > SNMP Services > Properties.
