How configure multiple access points in same building

Hello. I am having problems setting up my wifi in the house. We have a router in a different building connected via CAT5e to a Zyxel GS-1088v3 Gigabit switch in our house and from the switch further to two WAP3205 access points at opposite ends of the house. This setup does not work. I can only use one access points at the time. Is there a setup guide somewhere? Thanks
