Jumbo frames are defined as packets that are larger than 1500 bytes.
It is important to understand that the Zyxel switch can FORWARD and ROUTE jumbo frames but cannot handle jumbo frames destined to the switch itself.
If we try to ping the Zyxel switch using a packet size of 2000 bytes, the switch will not be able to respond to this ICMP request. However, using the same command to ping a device across the Zyxel switch should be successful.
